Terms of Service

1. The service

Underserved (underserved.app) is operated by Badis Agency Ltd. The service analyses publicly available user reviews from the Apple App Store and Google Play and reports where user demand is not being met: complaint themes, opportunity scores, market gaps by country, and supporting quotes. It also lets you monitor apps and export the data you have analysed.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for business or professional purposes. Keep your login details secure, use one account per person, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl or copy the service itself.
• Do not resell or redistribute our analyses as a competing dataset or product.
• Do not use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or mislead people.
• Do not try to bypass credit limits, rate limits or access controls.
• Do not use automated access outside our documented interfaces.

4. AI output — no guarantee, not advice

Parts of the service use artificial intelligence to summarise and score review data. Output can be incomplete or wrong. Every quoted review in our reports is checked against the source text before we show it, but scores, themes and recommendations are opinions produced by software. They are provided for information only and are not financial, legal, investment or business advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

5. Credits, pricing and payment

• The service is paid for with credits, bought in one-time packs. There is no automatic subscription on credit packs.
• Credits never expire while your account is open.
• Credits are used when an analysis starts, not when it finishes.
• If an analysis fails because of a fault on our side, we return the credits.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and include the taxes our payment provider is required to collect.

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your purchase and issues your receipt. We never see or store your card details.

6. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

We own the service, its software and its design. You own the reports and exports you generate, and you may use them freely inside your own business, including to decide what to build. Review text quoted in our output belongs to the people who wrote it and to the stores that publish it; we quote it for research and commentary, with the source identified.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Public store sources can change or become unavailable, which can delay or limit an analysis.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Badis Agency Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account ends access to any remaining credits.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell registered users by email or in the product before it takes effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
