Questions
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account for as long as the account is open. There is no monthly reset and no use-it-or-lose-it date.
Is this a subscription?
Credit packs are a one-time purchase and do not renew. Only the Founder Year plan renews yearly, and you can cancel it.
When is a credit taken?
When an analysis starts. If it fails because of a fault on our side, we put the credits back.
What if I need a refund?
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days. Used credits are not, because the analysis was produced and delivered. See the refund policy.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Every verified account gets 5 credits — a full niche scan, or an opportunity report plus two app pulls.
Which taxes apply?
Our payment provider is the merchant of record. It calculates and collects VAT or sales tax where that is required and issues your receipt.
