3. What we sell

A software service that analyses public user reviews from the Apple App Store and Google Play and reports where user demand is unmet. Access is paid for with credits. Prices are on the pricing page. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record and issues your receipt.

4. Trademarks

Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Badis Agency Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple or Google. We analyse review content that those companies publish for anyone to read, and product names are used only to say which store the data came from.

5. Content of third parties

Reviews quoted in our reports were written by other people and published by the stores. We quote them for research and commentary and identify the source. We do not check them for accuracy and we do not adopt them as our own statements. If you believe something we display infringes your rights, write to support@underserved.app and we will review it.
